To Understand the Built Environment (TUBE)
Centre for Contemporary Urbanism conducted its first 'TUBE’, (To understand the built environment) workshop for architecture students from 8 colleges at ZONASA 2016 ZONE1 on 4th November at ManavRachna International University, Faridabad. The workshop was facilitated by CCU volunteers and anchored by Zeeshan Ibrar, Nomaan Imran Khan, and Shadab Khan. It was a great learning experience for the students as well as the CCU team where they discussed the importance of built and unbuilt spaces on urban environment.
The workshop was comprised of many fun loaded exercises such as sketching of favorite city with respect to tangible and intangible aspects of that urban area to basic introductory session on Urban planning, urban designing and built structure quoting some elementary Urban planning principles.
